PINKO was founded in the late 1980s by Pietro Negra, the current President and CEO of the company, along with his wife Cristina Rubini. Over the years, their daughters Cecilia and Caterina have also become part of the company, working respectively in Communications and Creative Direction. PINKO is the answer to the fashion needs of an independent, strong, and sexy woman who is aware of her femininity and determined to express it, especially through her style choices. The collections are characterized by a unique, eclectic, original, and contemporary style, recognizable by women all over the world. These women have contributed to establishing and ensuring the brand's development and success globally, year after year. Renowned image-makers and exceptional photographers have collaborated to create PINKO's image through campaigns that have made it globally recognizable: Terry Richardson, Steven Klein, and Xavi Gordo have photographed models such as Naomi Campbell, Elle MacPherson, Carmen Kass, Eva Herzigova, Alessandra Ambrosio, Kate Bosworth, Sara Sampaio, Barbara Palvin, and Stella Maxwell.
