RETURNS POLICY:

Items purchased must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
All returned items must be unworn, not damaged, and in their original condition.
Returned products must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging.
You can return one or more products by shipping or by taking them directly to the store where they were purchased. It is however mandatory to fill in the online return form. More detailed information can be found under point 1.9 of Sales Conditions.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM? (REGISTERED USER):

1. Log in to your “My orders” panel, you can also use the link you received by email while ordering.
2. Click on "Return" and follow the instructions. You can send or return the product to the shop where you purchased it.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM? (GUEST USER):

1. Use the link you received by email while ordering and access to “Orders” control panel.
2. Click on "Return" and follow the instructions. You can send or return the product to the shop where you purchased it.

Return costs:

Returning a product from Italy to an Italian shop is free of charge.
The return of a product from abroad to Italy is charged to the customer.

Refund Leadtime and Conditions:

.THESHHHOP/ will cover the administrative costs.
Once the shop receives your item, they will inspect it and the refund will be processed. The original delivery cost will be not included in your refund.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Refunds of orders paid by Credit Card can take up to 4 weeks to be visible on your account statement.
.THESHHHOP/ operates from the European Union and, as such, all transactions are ultimately made in Euro. If you live outside the Eurozone, the Euro value of the product will be converted into your currency on the day the refund is processed. Exchange risks are entirely under the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATIONS:

You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched. If you have an account, go to “My orders”, select the item you want to cancel, and select the cancellation request.
If your order hasn’t been shipped, we'll email you confirmation of your cancelled order and your refund will be completed via the original payment method, including the delivery costs.

In case of purchase as "guest user" use the link you received by email while ordering, access to “Orders” and select the cancellation request.
