"The rain had just stopped, and the sky was still covered with fog. Scaling Mount Fuji, we arrived at a large field of blooming dandelions. In that moment, all the natural elements that appeared before us became a clear direction for our brand. From here came the name Flower Mountain and the design that inspired our logo." Flower Mountain is the sneaker brand born in 2015 from the friendship between Keisuke Ota of Tokyo and Yang Chao of Beijing, who share a passion for mountain trekking, camping, and, of course, footwear. Flower Mountain's mission is to bring people closer to nature through products inspired by the world of outdoor activities and its elements. The result is perfect for sporty souls seeking a refined look. The colors, use of Japanese fabrics, and high manufacturing quality are the distinctive signature of the brand, which combines Japanese tradition with an urban mood. Each Flower Mountain collection takes us into the megalopolises of Japan, with its geometric lines intersecting in urban space, giving rise to original designs. All Flower Mountain shoes are lined internally with leather and have a natural cork insole. Both are treated with AGION, a natural mineral compound that prevents mold and fungi formation, keeping bacteria away. Flower Mountain shoes feature a lightweight and non-slip rubber sole with a special grip suitable for trekking and outdoor walks.
