STEWART
The brand Stewart was founded in Tuscany in 1975 and today creates leather garments with timeless designs: aesthetic lines that transcend time, capable of meeting the demands for perfection and comfort without aging. The craftsmanship of the handmade products guarantees their authenticity and uniqueness: every Stewart garment has its own story and life. The Old Glory collection embodies Stewart's heritage, drawing inspiration from motorcycling, and consists of iconic garments that are washed, greased, and processed entirely by hand to achieve a "used" effect. Etere is Stewart's super light proposal for the summer season: a jacket made from ultra-light, exquisite quality leather, completely unlined, made to last over time, and surprisingly light. The charm of Stewart Goodyear footwear is attributed to the use of top-quality leathers and the entire lengthy manufacturing process. The leathers used come exclusively from carefully selected horse hides, processed, and tanned directly by Stewart following the company's high standards. The uppers are selected, treated, and shaped for four days to ensure a perfect and comfortable fit. The machines used in these processes are the same as those used by Italian artisans in the 1960s, and the entire process consists of eight stages. "We are a middle ground between the tannery and the finished product: our strength lies precisely in our ability to work the leather and apply special treatments and washes to the garments, which are then aged and laid out in the sun to dry."
