Operating under the brands REPLAY, REPLAY&SONS, and WE ARE REPLAY, the Italian group creates, promotes, and distributes casual clothing, accessories, and footwear for men, women, and children. Brand extension projects, including eyewear and Replay perfume lines, are entrusted to licensed partners. In 1978, entrepreneur Claudio Buziol registered the Replay brand. In 1981, he founded Fashion Box in the hilly town of Asolo (TV), internationally recognized as a hub of great creativity, and for over 30 years synonymous with high standards in the denim sector. Since its founding, Fashion Box has developed and remained faithful to its fundamental strategy: product vision, expansion into new markets, and increasing control of the distribution network.
