Dune Raku by Karin Lindström is a ceramic with an imposing and delicate character at the same time. Its oval shape adds a touch of lightness to this object. On the red ceramic are traced black veins with an irregular pattern that branch across the surface. The wood placed on top of the lid is reminiscent of a maritime environment. This pottery was created using the unique Raku firing technique.Through a complex multi-step firing and modeling process, objects made with this technique become unique pieces of great value.
