CLARKS

1825 a Street, Somerset, England. Two brothers, one idea: slippers. Our story began almost 200 years ago, when Cyrus and James Clark created a slipper from scraps of sheepskin, minimizing waste and maximizing ingenuity. This revolutionary idea combined innovation, meticulousness, and craftsmanship, fundamental values that distinguish us then and now. Inspired by the past two centuries and driven by the future, at Clarks, we do things differently. From creating the world's first foot-shaped shoe to innovations in comfort technologies, cutting-edge cultural collaborations, and progress in social change, we are always committed to pushing boundaries to courageously keep pace with the world that awaits us. Leonardo da Vinci described the human foot as "a masterpiece of engineering and a work of art." So, to take better care of feet than anyone else, we study them, examining their biomechanics and movements at work, at rest, and at play to ensure they remain healthy and happy. Now, as always, our shoes are made using hand-carved materials, and we employ both ancient and pioneering construction techniques, technologies, and materials to ensure Clarks are the shoes you can rely on. Often imitated, never surpassed. In our archive of over 22,000 styles, there are shoes that have sparked revolutions, defined generations, and captured the imagination. A shoe for every collective, our Wallabee, renowned worldwide, is worn by Britpop icons, Jamaican Rude Boys, and hip-hop royalty, while Nathan Clark's unmistakable Desert Boot is as iconic today as when it was created in 1950. And we are always seeking new ways to craft the legends of the future, from environmentally conscious Origin 2.0 to our bold Torhill profile.
