Initially, he personally oversaw the entire development of his designs: from the design phase, which we would now call "shoe designer," to the development stage, and finally to the execution phase where he skillfully combined all the elements that make up a shoe. His dedication and passion for his work soon made him a specialist in women's shoes, achieving great success in Italian regions and gradually expanding into the European market. Once established in the shoe market, Alfredo's business philosophy was to remain a master shoemaker, marketing almost exclusively his own brands such as F.LLI GIANTIN - MANUEL and later ALFREDO GIANTIN. Alfredo believed that a shoe industry focused solely on "quantity." It was the artisan, with his small to medium-sized company, the meticulous details of the shoes, a select group of industry professionals, and his loyal collaborators who could uphold a system of "quality women's footwear." Naturally, this did not mean ignoring the technological innovations in machinery and the quality of raw materials. His philosophy proved rewarding over the years, up to today, where genuine MADE IN ITALY footwear, entirely produced in the Riviera del Brenta, continues to dominate markets worldwide. The artisanal strategy is the fundamental driving force of the company: designing and constructing comfortable, versatile, and durable shoes. Leathers, soles, stitching, and every other essential component of the shoe are all crafted by selected collaborators in the Riviera del Brenta, using undeniably high-quality raw materials. From youthful lines to middle-aged women's shoes and loafers, from summer sandals to winter boots, from trendy booties to fashionable clogs, and even the dance champion sandals of half the world. Every shoe is synonymous with a guaranteed product from a brand that has been operating in the sector for over forty years. The Alfredo Giantin shoe factory remains and continues to present itself today as an artisanal company leading the Italian and European footwear market.
